About this church pulpit:
This is our most popular church pulpit. It is used extensively in the worlds major churches like Hillsong church. When a church can buy anything, they normally choose this (or the Arc3).
This is the 70cm wide Arc2 pulpit with anti reflective film. The Arc2 range is available in 2 top sizes: 60cm wide and 70cm wide. This 70cm size is the most popular. The larger top means you have room for an open book of A4 notes and a bible. The 70cm wide top is an extra 5cm deeper than the Arc2 60cm wide version. 70cm compared to 60cm doesn't sound like much, but in reality it feels much larger. Like the other Arc2 pulpits, it can still be lifted with one hand. The 70cm wide pulpit is the choice of churches who have their own stage, and generally dont need to transport the church pulpit every weekend. If you need to bump in and out, you may find the 60cm wide Arc2 is better (the smaller top takes up less space and is less likely to hit a door frame as you go through).
The Arc2 range is available with or without anti reflective film on the top. This version has anti reflective film. This avoids reflections, which may occur from stage lighting. It is important if you have a projector screen behind the preacher.

More about this church pulpit:
The Arc2 Pulpit was designed with the speaker in mind.
It does not distract from what the speaker is saying and works in both modern and traditional interiors. We make all of our lecterns here in Sydney, Australia, with owner and designer Stephen Procter personally overseeing production. (He is obsessed with quality).
Features of the Arc2 pulpit
1. Slimline. It encourages the congregation to engage with the speaker- there is no barrier.
2. Lightweight- you can lift it with one hand. Its fairly common for a stage manager to carry the pulpit on with one hand, and the water table on with the other.
3. Neutral materials (stainless steel and clear/ anti reflective acrylic). In a wooden church it reflects the warmth of the wood. In a modern black auditorium, it reflects the black interior of the building.
4. Feels solid and stable to use, yet you can lift it with one hand. Stainless steel is hard, but it is also heavy. We have developed a method to make our stems hollow. This keeps the strength, but removes the weight.
5. They are durable. We use 304 stainless steel (the same type of stainless used in high end kitchen sinks). We use acrylic from German manufacturer Plexiglass. In the unlikely event that you break a top- you can buy a new one.
6. They are made in Australia- by us. You get the quality of production of a first world economy.
7. We want them to be the best because we know pastors who use our pulpits (including our own church)
8. We sell direct to churches. You are not paying for a distributor or retailer mark up (often this ends up increasing the price 200%).
9. Expensive for a church pulpit, but the quality is closer to expensive Italian furnture- the kind that you see at the Milan furniture fair.
10. You can fit it across the back seat of a car (even a small car will be fine).
It is also easy to disassemble. Many churches dismantle the pulpit completely (or just remove the top) every weekend.

It requires assembly for which we provide tools. Assembly is easy and only takes a few minutes. See below for prices and freight.
Most churches also purchase a cover (see in the "you might be interested in" section below) which will help to prolong the life of the lectern top, when not in use. A cover is essential if the lectern is going to be moved around, as it helps to prevent scratches and dust.
